Avocado

Avocado is both fruit and vegetable. An exquisite and mild hazelnut flavor and a tender and creamy consistency allow its combination with any food.

The avocado tree is evergreen and originally comes from the tropical and subtropical zones of Central America. The trees can reach a height of twenty meters, and do not bear fruit before four to seven years of age.

It is a pear-shaped fruit, although it can also be cucumber or apple shaped. Its skin is green, the tone and texture change from one variety to another. It has a creamy, green flesh that covers a large, inedible brown seed.
